Containers surveys
The use of containerised goods has increased in the international trade over the years. BB Surveyors provides attendance and assistance in containers’ stuffing/de-stuffing operations as well as in the stowage and securing of goods within containers. BB Surveyors also inspects alleged potential/existent damages to the goods stuffed within the container at any incident occurred with the aim of ascertaining the cause and extent of the damages sustained by these goods and/or container.
- Inspection of container sealing/unsealing.
- Inspection of the cargo prior and during the container stuffing/de-stuffing operations
- Inspection of stowage and securing of the cargo within dry-cargo containers, flat-racks, etc.
- Inspection of the alleged damages to the cargo as well as cause/s and extent of the same.
